Here is where the journey began...
My Journey with Coaching
I embarked on my coaching journey in full force since 2015, When I began applying the fundamentals and tools of coaching in my role as a Development and Training Manager at a Saudi company.
My coaching journey began with a passion to measure the impact of training on employee performance by integrating coaching within the company. The goal was to empower employees to apply what they learned in the training courses I supervised.
And indeed, the results were remarkable, The positive impact reflected in improving employees and leaders’ efficiency.
And here when the journey begun…where coaching became a crucial tool for developing individuals’ and leaders’ talents, honing their skills to achieve goals and meet organizational needs.

- Bachelor's in Information Systems from Ajman University
- Master of Business Administration from King Fahd University
- Advanced Diploma in Training & Development from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)
